Checked Out Items Disclaimer Policy
All checked out items will then be purchased by Facilities team within fifteen (15) calendar days from the time the item was checked out. Whenever necessary, items purchased shall be checked by the purchasing/facilities team in store to guarantee functionality and condition. Hence, it is expected that when an employee claims an item, it may have been opened for inspection. In case that an item is unavailable on the merchandiser’s end, Facilities will send an email to the employee about this information and a request to pick another item. Facilities will also inform IT and request to return the points deducted for the unavailable item.
Payment Methods
Omni Point is the only currency accepted to buy items in O-Mart. O-Mart will not accept cash or any other form of payment. One (1) Omni Point is equivalent to ₱1.00.
Pickup Only Policy
We do not offer any shipping or local delivery. All orders are strictly for pick-up only. A notification will be sent to your Omni email once your item is ready for pick-up. All items you ordered are strictly for office pick-up only, so you can inspect them personally before taking them with you.
